Product Description

The machine adopts automatic lead edge feeding system and double roller rotary type. It can perform all process of slitting, creasing, corner cutting and hit special hole at one time. It has advantage of high precision, easy to operate, high speed ,long service life and low cost.

Machine Details

1. Feeding unit

 

1. Adopts lead edge feeder with wind volume system, it can adjust wind volume according on cardboard bending status to ensure feeding board smoothly. rubber wheels, don't destroy flute, guarantee feeding precision.
2. Bottom roller used high-quality steel, precision grinding, knurling, hard chrome plated paper roll hand mode rapid clearance of fine-tuning self-locking device, equipped with a dial display to adjust direction and numerical.
3. The left and right baffles adopt electric control, the front side baffles space adopts electric adjustment, the back baffle box be adjusted by motorized. 

 

2. Die-cutting unit

1.Rubber cylinder is separate with die cylinder by air cylinder when no cutting, reduce no-load and prolong blanket use-life. 
2.Die roller lift-down automatic by pneumatic control( feed sheets roller go up, stop feeding roller down, make sure correct cutting for every sheets) 
3.Rubber roller rotates follow die roller by speed compensation device whatever how rubber diameter change, make sure rubber speed same as wooden die, keep cut box is consist with wooden die.
