Auto feeder unit
MACHINE INTRODUCE

- Pattem roller shaft used to increase friction with the feeding belt to ensure smooth high-speed board transport .
- The machine has a magnetic clutch brake mechanism.
- The machine adopts PLC automatic electrical process control, high degree of automation.
- Inverter-driven motor to achieve stable running speed.
- PLC control optical signal through the electromagnetic clutch brake achieves synchronization with the host.
Feeding unit
- This machine adopts chain feeding system, equipped with side gauge make sure feeding paper accurately.
- Abrasion resistance materials as the support of the bottom of chains, fast running, low noise .
- Main motor placed under the feed table.
- Equipped with block paper steel bar to ensure the easy feeding of the bend cardboard.
- Feeding error ±1.5mm.
Printing unit
- Printing roller, paper feeding roller, pressure roller, all the surfaces grinding, hard chromium plating.
- Adopt planet style electrical adjustment of 360 degrees whatever operating and stopping, quickly and accurately.
- Electrical separate printing unit and slotting unit ,pneumatic locking up of printing units.
- Inking roller can be detached from printing plate automatically to avoid damage the printing plate.
- Inking roller equipped idling running device to prevent ink from being dried when machine stop.
- Pneumatic lifting and down the anilox roller, auto ink distributing.
- With Pneumatic diaphragm pump to supply ink.
- Main transmission gears are made by 45#steel after high frequency quenching.
- Drive part adopts spray lubricating system, improve the precision and serve life of machine.
- Main shafts connect with gear used no-key connect(ringfeder), so keep shaft running stably.
- Transmission part adopts automatic spray lubraction system, improve machine use time and precision.
- All gears adopt cross slide head to perform no gap adjustment, printing accurately.
- Manual adjustment of the printing roll axial position 10mm.
- Printing precision±0.50mm (when the paper board is plane and smooth).
- Auto count device properly controls production volume.
- Adopt VFD motor can control speed of feeding
Electric adjustment slotting unit
- The slotting knives pedestal can be worm-type adjustment according to the thickness of card board. ( Three & Five layer only).
- The slitting knives pedestal can be worm-type adjustment according to the thickness of card board. ( Three & Five layer only).
- The back slotting knife (Height of the box) Four knives adjustment synchronous, easy working.
- Electric adjustment Printing phase and slotting position.
- 7mm alloy steel slotting knives with indent heat treatment to enable grinding teeth sharp edge.
- Slotting knife and creasing movement electric sync adjustment by button, carton L W H adjustment by button
Stacker unit
- Catch paper arm can be manual or automatic operation, has insurance mechanism, prevent catch paper arm suddenly whereabouts, ensure the safety of operating personnel.
- Bed table lifting and down force, the chain drive.
- Stack height is 1600 mm.
- Bed table with cardboard stacking automatically adjust tilt height, lifting motor, with brake function. Bed table can maintain a fixed position, not falling.
- Vapour-pressure type Lift the paper mechanism ,when cardboard stack to a predetermined height, catch paper pallet automatically open, the support hold up the cardboard.
- Planar wrinkles belt , prevent the cardboard down glide .
